Bow Valley Chorus has become a vital
and integral part of the Banff-Canmore cultural community.Since its
genesis,
Bow Valley Chorus, under the talented direction of John Goulart, has
performed a wide variety of classical
compositions,
accompanied by orchestra and with professional soloists. Past productions
include Mozart’s Requiem, Vespers and
Great Mass in C Minor, Vivaldi’s Gloria, Haydn’s
Lord Nelson Mass, Fauré’s Requiem, Rutter’s
Requiem, Magnificat,
Mass of the Children, Te Deum and Reluctant Dragon, and
numerous performances of Handel’s Messiah.
Bow
Valley Chorus has also been selected and has the honor of singing the
official 2010 Olympic anthem when the Olympic
